I’m a Registered Dietitian supporting clients globally. Whether you are overweight, suffer from an eating disorder, or just want to get more out of life – I offer simple tools that can transform your body and your relationship with food into one of ease and delight.
You’re still gaining weight, or not losing the weight you want, or you’re just plain tired to constantly be watching what you eat. You blame yourself and your body for not being more in control.
If you’re being honest, it seems like this battle will be yours for the rest of your days. You’re wasting hours daily on thinking about how your life would be different if you just got this eating thing right.
You make yet another plan to start your diet regime over on Monday because you’ve fallen off the bandwagon… AGAIN. But this time, you’ll really be eating healthier, exercising more, and not give in to your cravings. This time, you’ll finally have enough willpower, you’ll stick to your plan and your promise to yourself to be better.
But deep down you already know, it is almost impossible to keep your own promise. Because inevitably you’ll find yourself craving some forbidden food and thinking, “I’ll be good tomorrow, so today is my last day to eat what I want…” And then you end up eating a whole pizza in one sitting. LARGE LETTERS – you feel out of control.
And you’ll be disappointed in yourself again, embarrassed to admit your failure to those around you who you might have told that you’re set on losing weight, despising your body, loathing in guilt and shame over why you just can’t seem to figure out this one freakin’ thing in your life – when, in fact, you’re so good at doing other things – or doing things out for others.
Why? Because most of the information out there about losing weight and living a healthier lifestyle is focused on what you should or shouldn’t be eating – but you likely already know that. Most diets and eating plans are built around deprivation and categorize some food as “good” and other food as “bad.” They lead you to believe that successful weight management is just a matter of willpower and motivation. But that doesn’t tell the whole story.
There are many internal and external factors driving your food and lifestyle choices. It’s my mission to help you identify and conquer them. If you are ready to try something new and are looking for a health coach to offer more than just weight loss coaching, I am here for you.
I will support you in a non-judgmental way as your accountability coach, and together we will uncover the truth about your relationship with food and why you eat when you don’t want to, or can’t stop eating even when you aren’t hungry. It’s only after we uncover these hidden reasons that you can start making the real, sustainable changes that will allow you to achieve your long-term health goals.
If you experience success in many areas of your life, but can’t seem to get a handle on “this food thing,” I can help you!
